What you will do

• Lead the localization and execution of global brand and business strategy across Norway and Denmark.
• Oversee brand experience across all touchpoints, managing marketing collateral and campaigns for retail partners.
• Act as the senior strategic interface for the local sales organization and major retail partners.
• Implement global POS excellence and e-retail guidelines to elevate brand presence and maximize conversion.
• Develop and optimize data-driven media strategies and performance tracking across all channels.
• Orchestrate brand presence at trade fairs, consumer shows, and PR events, including influencer activations.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in Consumer Goods, Fashion, Luxury, or children's products.
• Extensive expertise in Trade Marketing and marketing operating standards.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English (advanced level).
• Willingness to travel.
• Hands-on experience with InDesign, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
