TL;DR

Account Executive (Business Services & Media): Lead prospects through full sales cycle from prospection to closing for Accounting, Banking & Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Strategy & Management Consulting, Advertising, and Media companies with 30-300 employees. Focus on building strategic relationships, delivering inspiring product demonstrations, and guiding stakeholders through evaluation using hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method.

Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz, France. Flexible office with hybrid setup.

What you will do

  • Own full sales cycle from prospection to closing.
  • Drive strategic relationships and manage key customer relationships.
  • Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through evaluation.
  • Leverage hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method with precise messaging and tailored strategies.
  • Shape product evolution, improve sales methods, and participate in growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years managing full sales cycle, including prospecting.
  • Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Empathy, passion for solving prospects' problems, influence through persuasion and negotiation.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models.
  • Great collaboration in small team, eager to learn fast and impact from day 1.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to specified French cities.
