What you will do

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the Retail segment.
• Drive deals and close strategic opportunities with companies ranging from 20 to 600 employees.
• Deliver inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
• Apply the hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method to provide an instructive and personalized prospect experience.
• Collaborate with the team to improve products, methods, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting.
• Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and an advanced level in English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
• Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
