What you will do

• Identify, engage, and onboard new corporate clients through strategic outreach and networking.
• Manage a portfolio of institutional clients, providing bespoke strategies to minimize FX risk challenges.
• Execute a range of products including FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist in business origination and increase wallet-share.
• Deliver on specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues and reducing client churn.
• Provide feedback to technology and product managers to expand existing business capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial services within a sales or relationship management role.
• Experience working in an established FX institution and/or commercial bank.
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong business-level English.
• Proven record of new client acquisition and ability to negotiate at senior levels.
