What you will do
- Achieve total revenue and new business targets through strategic account growth.
- Identify key contacts within existing accounts to implement cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans to support business goals.
- Forecast monthly revenue accurately and manage client debt.
- Ensure all KPIs regarding client contact, retention, and growth are met.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and pro-actively mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and sustain effective business relationships.
- Fluency in data, analytics, and business process management.
- Strong commercial acumen and high-level negotiation skills.
- Spanish and English: C1 level proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
