• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlogs, and retrospectives.
• Apply agile approaches to ensure the efficient delivery of multiple technical projects.
• Manage project backlogs and coordinate with technical delivery teams.
• Operate within a modern cloud-based environment, specifically using Azure.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical Delivery Manager role.
• Experience delivering technical projects while working closely with engineering teams.
• Experience working in a modern cloud-based environment (Azure).
• Strong proficiency in leading agile ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• Must be able to work from the Leeds office twice per week.
• Highly capable stakeholder management skills.
