Partner Integration Manager (Spanish Markets)

Partner Integration Manager (Traveltech): Managing technical relationships with Spanish rail partners to align their capabilities with the internal product roadmap with an accent on API integrations and cross-functional delivery. Focus on negotiating partner enhancements, analyzing technical requirements, and driving business continuity in the Spanish market.

Location: Hybrid (London, Barcelona, or Paris). Must work from the office a minimum of 60% of the time over a 12-week period.

Salary: £65K – £75K (England) / €55K – €65K (France & Spain)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Spanish rail partners, owning relationships end-to-end.
• Lead technical discussions and define product and engineering priorities to align with business goals.
• Negotiate enhancements to partner capabilities within existing and new agreements.
• Analyze requirements and manage dependencies, risks, and constraints ahead of delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical requirements, decisions, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
• Strong understanding of APIs and technical integrations.
• Ability to translate between business and engineering contexts.
• Analytical skills with SQL; familiarity with GitLab, GitHub, or Tableau is a plus.
• Proven experience managing external partners and complex stakeholder environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, Barcelona, or Paris.
