What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery of 5–10 concurrent fan engagement projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment.
• Act as the primary point of contact and SME for clients, managing expectations regarding scope and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, product, and support to remove blockers.
• Manage project commercials and priorities to identify risks to profitability or delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing delivery processes, tools, and internal ways of working.
• Maintain clear visibility across all active workstreams to identify dependencies and risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product delivery or project management in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Commercial awareness and high emotional intelligence to build trust with senior stakeholders.
