TL;DR

Revenue Operations Lead (HubSpot/AI): Scaling internal revenue processes by building systems, workflows, and reporting across sales, marketing, and customer success with an accent on AI integration and automation. Focus on diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, building agentic automations, and optimizing CRM data integrity to reduce sales friction.

Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC. The company is unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What you will do

  • Diagnose bottlenecks across the revenue funnel and implement automated or AI-augmented solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build processes and workflows.
  • Manage CRM data accuracy to support customer journeys and enable AI integrations.
  • Maintain HubSpot deal automation, including pricing logic and contract infrastructure.
  • Develop standardized reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Sheets for forecasting and quota-setting.
  • Research GTM tool updates to evolve the internal tech stack.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM Operations (Sales Ops or Revenue Ops).
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, OpenClaw, or Gumloop.
  • Experience with automation tools like Retool, Zapier, Make, or Google App Scripts.
  • Advanced skills in data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven track record of documenting and troubleshooting complex CRM workflows.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for articulating project impacts.

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience with sales commission processes and territory management.
