Compensation: $100K – $200K + Equity

What you will do
- Scale the field-sales motion at the intersection of GTM, operations, product, and strategy.
- Own strategic projects end-to-end, from initial ideation through to full execution.
- Define and implement new processes and technologies to solve first-pass operational problems.
- Collaborate daily with the Founder and other business leaders to shape company direction.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be based in and able to work on-site in New York City 5 days a week.
- 2+ years of professional experience in GTM strategy & ops, ideally supporting a field-sales motion.
- Experience working within a startup or high-growth tech-first organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong ownership mindset with a high bias for action.
