What you will do

  • Drive growth through new logo acquisition and business development with prospect accounts.
  • Sell a full line of fiber products and services using a consultative, solution-based approach via telephone and web conferencing.
  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, determine customer needs, and close sales.
  • Maintain the sales funnel, update opportunity activity, and manage customer proposals and contracts.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and retention of key account relationships.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • 3+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Proven history of new market growth acquisition in a telesales or web conferencing environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical problem solving, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Must be based in the Charlotte, NC area to support the company's hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced understanding of technology products and solutions.
  • Ability to function in an unscripted capacity with strong persuasion and interviewing skills.
  • Knowledge of competitor products and services.
