What you will do

• Establish, maintain, and lead key customer relationships, renewing all business
• Lead sales efforts for targeted accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Assess client needs and propose hirify.global solutions with tangible ROI
• Develop business cases incorporating voice of customer for solution development
• Lead negotiations, manage sales pipeline, pricing, and contracts
• Represent hirify.global at customer meetings and collaborate with partners and NPI team

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience in client-facing B2B solution selling
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

• Experience in SAAS, Staffing, PEO industries
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements
• Proven revenue growth with complex strategic clients
