Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Identify and prospect new data vendors and strategic partners aligned with pretraining data needs.
• Conduct outbound outreach and discovery meetings to evaluate vendor capabilities and data offerings.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities from initial contact to handoff.
• Collaborate with AI research, data, and legal teams to define technical partnership criteria.
• Develop and scale partnership operations through outreach processes and documentation.
• Report pipeline metrics and conversion rates to the Data Partnerships lead.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales development, or consulting.
• Strong prospecting and outreach skills with a track record of building pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to rapidly build and deploy apps/agents using AI coding tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging external stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and translate them into compelling vendor conversations.
• Requirement: 5 days/week in-office collaboration in San Jose, CA.

• Experience sourcing data, content, or supplier partnerships for AI, robotics, or tech companies.
