What you will do

• Lead large multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the NPI process for automotive embedded processors.
• Partner with R&D, Design, Software, and Product Management to define schedules and resourcing for key deliverables.
• Drive product delivery from initial concept and definition through to final production ramp-up.
• Manage risks and issues to positively impact financial metrics, including gross margin and EBITDA.
• Interface with internal management and customers, tailoring communication to the target audience.
• Develop and manage performance metrics and reports for communication with senior management.

Requirements

• BEng/MEng in Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Relevant experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics, or Automotive industry.
• Strong leadership experience in complex technical projects involving both hardware and software.
• Proficiency in MS Project and expertise in risk and issue management.
• Knowledge of ISO26262 and ISO21434 standards.

Nice to have

• PMI/PMP certification.
• Advanced degree in Electronic Engineering.
