TL;DR

Revenue Programs and AI Coordinator (AI): Driving cross-functional transformation projects to enable an AI-powered revenue organization with an accent on process improvement and tool implementation. Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid: at least 3 days a week in-office)

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact transformation initiatives, including process improvements, tool implementations, and partnership program launches.
  • Develop AI agentic workflows to automate structured tasks while humans manage governance and exceptions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, IT, and operations.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering and vendor selection to adoption tracking.
  • Experiment with and implement AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity and eliminate manual processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading projects in revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market functions.
  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects, software implementations, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience building AI workflows and using AI tools to solve real business problems.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complexity in matrixed environments.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days in-office).

Nice to have

  • Background in PMO or formal project management certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Gong, or similar revenue operations platforms.
  • Exposure to change management and process optimization in high-growth environments.
