Salary: $112,000 - $207,000

What you will do
- Lead high-impact transformation initiatives, including process improvements, tool implementations, and partnership program launches.
- Develop AI agentic workflows to automate structured tasks while humans manage governance and exceptions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, IT, and operations.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering and vendor selection to adoption tracking.
- Experiment with and implement AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity and eliminate manual processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading projects in revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market functions.
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects, software implementations, or business transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows and using AI tools to solve real business problems.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complexity in matrixed environments.
- Must be based in New York City for a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days in-office).
Nice to have
- Background in PMO or formal project management certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Gong, or similar revenue operations platforms.
- Exposure to change management and process optimization in high-growth environments.
