What you will do

• Manage purchase requests by evaluating requisitions, determining procurement approaches, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Support sourcing through RFQs/RFPs, analyze proposals, and recommend suppliers based on cost, risk, and quality.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, and service levels while resolving issues for continuity.
• Lead vendor onboarding with due diligence, risk reviews, and collaboration with Legal and Finance.
• Support contract preparation, review, and alignment with approvals and requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on processes, audits, invoice resolutions, and reporting in NetSuite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years in procurement or related field, preferably regulated environment
• Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and controls
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to have

• NetSuite or ERP experience
• Biotech, healthcare, or life sciences background
• Familiarity with SOC 2, SOX, or regulated procurement
