What you will do

• Build and scale hirify.global's procurement setup by improving processes, governance, and templates.
• Manage commercial relationships with strategic suppliers, specifically key IT equipment providers.
• Lead high-impact negotiations for high-value contracts and strategic topics.
• Coach and enable teams across the company on negotiation and purchasing best practices.
• Develop spend visibility and vendor benchmarks to inform decision-making.
• Manage critical renewals proactively to ensure decisions are anticipated and optimized.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in scale-up or fast-growth environments.
• Proven track record of structuring and scaling procurement functions.
• Strong negotiation skills with complex commercial agreements, especially SaaS/IT contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Legal eligibility to work from France.
• Strong analytical capabilities to dive deep into pricing models and consumption patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML provider contracts and enterprise software licensing models.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, insurance, or other operationally complex environments.
• Exposure to legal, compliance, or risk considerations in supplier management.
