What you will do

• Manage service delivery for a portfolio of high-growth accounts, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
• Negotiate SaaS deals and renewals on behalf of customers to deliver optimal financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with account management and sales teams to maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop software commercial category strategies targeting areas of greatest commercial benefit.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement activities with technology strategy.
• Act as the primary buy-side contact for customers throughout the vendor lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of commercial experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting.
• Proven negotiation expertise specifically with SaaS vendors and knowledge of commercial levers.
• Confident and compelling communication skills for interacting with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-volume and high-value transactions in a buying or selling capacity.
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and meet strict timelines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
