What you will do

  • Manage renewal business in an assigned territory, including quoting, closing, and revenue delivery.
  • Drive customer conversations and engagements for positive business outcomes.
  • Partner with sales, channel partners, and cross-functional teams for deal reviews and risk mitigation.
  • Participate in forecasting calls and develop plans to overachieve targets.
  • Continuously build product knowledge through training on hirify.global offerings.
  • Support sales team by sharing information and balancing short- and long-term goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of technology, product, or business development experience; security software experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving/overachieving sales quota with upsell success.
  • Strong time, account, and territory management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, analytical thinker who learns quickly.
  • Native or fluent English with excellent written and verbal skills.
