What you will do

• Develop technical strategies and customized plans for retail partners to ensure long-term growth.
• Identify tactical and strategic opportunities to improve engagement with digital catalogs.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding for enterprise and mid-market retailers.
• Act as the technical voice of retailers within internal Product teams to influence development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical account management, pre-sales, or project management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Engineering.
• Strong business acumen and experience implementing tech solutions for external clients.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and JSON.
• Application must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Magento or Demandware.
• PMP Certification.
