What you will do

• Research, qualify, and enroll customers' suppliers into the virtual card payment program via email and outbound calling.
• Educate vendors on the value and benefits of accepting virtual cards.
• Identify and overcome objections through active listening and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through the enrollment process to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Gather and document precise payment instructions, required data, and delivery methods (Web portal, IVR, etc.).
• Manage vendor communications and data meticulously within Salesforce and Zendesk.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, specifically in virtual cards, ePayables, commercial cards, or merchant processing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, and ticketing systems like Zendesk.
• Experience working within a Fintech company or with payment systems.
• Ability to meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics and quality assurance goals.
• Must be located in Medellin, Colombia.
