TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (Cloud Storage): Deliver post-sales technical support for large customers by troubleshooting issues, scripting with B2/S3 APIs, testing integrations, and creating monitoring tools with an accent on deep-dive analysis, proactive issue resolution, and customer rapport building. Focus on mentoring support engineers, cross-team collaboration, and ensuring seamless service utilization under high demands.

Location: Remote from Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico

What you will do

  • Create records of service utilization and identify potential issues.
  • Parse customer code using B2/S3 compatible APIs and write testing scripts.
  • Test and document 3rd party integrations for training purposes.
  • Provide post-sales support, participate in customer calls, and build technical trust.
  • Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting to prevent widespread issues.
  • Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Available for on-call support as needed
  • Comfortable with MacOS, Windows, Linux, and BSD command lines; shell configuration.
  • Intermediate development/scripting skills; basic data structures and programming flows.
  • Extensive troubleshooting experience; API understanding and scripting.
  • Working familiarity with Postman or Paw.
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills for customer interactions.
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience; self-motivated and organized.
