What you will do
- Create records of service utilization and identify potential issues.
- Parse customer code using B2/S3 compatible APIs and write testing scripts.
- Test and document 3rd party integrations for training purposes.
- Provide post-sales support, participate in customer calls, and build technical trust.
- Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting to prevent widespread issues.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Available for on-call support as needed
- Comfortable with MacOS, Windows, Linux, and BSD command lines; shell configuration.
- Intermediate development/scripting skills; basic data structures and programming flows.
- Extensive troubleshooting experience; API understanding and scripting.
- Working familiarity with Postman or Paw.
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills for customer interactions.
- Minimum 2-4 years experience; self-motivated and organized.
