Focus on mentoring partners through sales cycles, developing training programs, and driving revenue growth via workshops, bootcamps, and certifications.
Location: Remote role requiring residency in Singapore
Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000 SGD

What you will do
- Act as trusted technical advisor bridging internal sales and partners' teams for seamless collaboration.
- Empower partners with architecture expertise to solve complex customer data challenges.
- Mentor partners' SEs through live sales cycles to accelerate deals and boost partner-led revenue.
- Establish metrics for partner technical success and foster continuous learning/certification.
- Evangelize value propositions and coach on building compelling business cases.
- Drive APAC partner technical enablement via workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions.
- Document use cases and contribute to product docs; travel up to 50% in APAC.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Technical Support).
- Proven partner/channel technical experience preferred.
- Ability to train/mentor technical teams; experience creating training materials a plus.
- Deep expertise in Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability).
- Exceptional communication/presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- You live in Singapore (residency required despite remote-first policy).
- Experience working remotely; flexibility for occasional non-standard hours across time zones.
