Salary: $115,000 – $161,000 USD / $101,000 – $141,000 CAD

What you will do
- Synthesize developer experience signals, tooling data, and feedback into actionable insights and program priorities.
- Lead the DevEx measurement program, overseeing data quality, reporting cadences, and operational usage of signals.
- Run developer tooling evaluation, pilots, and portfolio governance, with a near-term focus on AI tooling.
- Partner with Platform Engineering, Security, IT, and Finance to align on tooling investments and roadmap decisions.
- Evolve measurement models to maintain accuracy as software delivery shifts toward AI-native work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a technical organization.
- Background in developer experience, engineering effectiveness, or technical program management.
- Familiarity with AI-accelerated development workflows and associated measurement challenges.
- Experience with DevEx measurement frameworks such as DORA, SPACE, or DX Core 4.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Strong communication skills for creating executive-ready recommendations and summaries.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with AI developer tools like coding assistants or agent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with productivity measurement platforms such as Jellyfish, LinearB, or DX.
- Background in software engineering, engineering management, or technical program management.
