TL;DR

Location: Remote, but employees based in or near New York or Lisbon HQs are expected to work hybrid with weekly in-office time

Salary: $105,000 – $132,000 base salary per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop clients to align on goals and performance.
  • Coordinate product seeding, affiliate activation, and campaign rollouts with Strategy and Creator teams.
  • Track GMV and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights and proactive risk management.
  • Manage all operational deliverables including creator briefs, product lists, and reporting.
  • Leverage TikTok Shop algorithmic knowledge to optimize execution and educate clients.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and trends to increase account value.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, social commerce, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on TikTok Shop experience (minimum 6–12 months) managing product, affiliate, or creator workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and synthesize complex data.
  • Strong bias toward precision, ownership, and high-performance standards.
