What you will do

• Develop strategy and execute state product launches, including policy forms, underwriting, and rates.
• Research state legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure product compliance.
• Perform detailed analysis of competitor pricing and insurance offerings in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with Technology, Legal, and Claims teams to implement operational changes.
• Analyze P&L drivers such as conversion, average premium, and loss ratios to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience analyzing or managing personal lines insurance product performance.
• Deep knowledge of personal auto insurance, underwriting, pricing, and state regulations.
• Ability to use quantitative approaches to generate business analyses and recommendations.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer insurance distribution.
• Must be based in the United States.
