TL;DR

Senior Contract Recruiter (HR/Recruiting): Managing the full-cycle recruiting process to identify and close talent across various departments and global regions with an accent on high-volume and multinational hi-tech hiring. Focus on building talent pipelines, qualifying candidates for technical and cultural fit, and driving global hiring strategies.

Salary: $45—$55 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build a pipeline of top talent through extensive research and sourcing.
  • Qualify candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
  • Drive the offer process, including extending offers and closing candidates.

Requirements

  • Experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations.
  • Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Experience leading hiring strategies across multiple global business units and regions.
  • Professional English proficiency (verbal and written) for frequent communication with global partners.

Nice to have

  • Subject matter expertise in sourcing, engagement, and inclusive hiring.
  • Experience with Workday ATS, GEM, and LinkedIn.
