What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from initial sourcing to extending employment offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and define job duties and required skills.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to develop new techniques for filling hard-to-fill roles.
• Pre-screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques to ensure a strong fit.
• Provide candidates with comprehensive information regarding company strategy, department background, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all candidate interactions and searches within the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.
• 4-6 years of professional recruiting experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions on a national level.
• Strong knowledge of all full life-cycle recruiting components, including legal compliance and salary trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS tools.

Nice to have

• AIRS certifications.
• Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing recruitment.
• Established relationships with local training and employment centers.
