What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a cross-functional team including game designers, client and backend developers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, product analysts, and project managers.
• Develop, optimize, and scale the interview process.
• Negotiate offers and benchmark compensation against market data.
• Train hiring managers and provide data-driven reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter (in-house or executive search).
• Proven track record of sourcing competitive, hard-to-find passive candidates.
• Advanced sourcing skills using Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and Habr.
• Data-driven approach to tracking metrics and spotting hiring patterns.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Genuine passion for games.
