What you will do

• Own full-cycle searches for Brand, Growth, and Creative leadership roles.
• Build robust pipelines of top GTM talent in North American and LATAM markets.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor for intake and hiring strategy.
• Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and AI tools.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience with clear communication and alignment.
• Collaborate on employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth product companies.
• Deep expertise in the Brand, Growth, and Performance Marketing landscape in the US market.
• Familiarity with North American and LATAM talent markets.
• Proven success closing senior-level marketing and creative leaders.
• Proficiency with ATS tools, specifically Greenhouse.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Knowledge of talent marketing and employer branding tactics.
• Conversational Spanish.
