About the Role

You will build a high-velocity recruiting engine and manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams. You will create positive candidate experiences at every touchpoint, develop creative sourcing strategies to find diverse and hard-to-fill candidates, and continuously improve recruiting processes to increase hiring efficiency. You will analyze recruiting metrics and market data to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers. You will run intake meetings quickly, open positions in the ATS, design interview processes and plans, conduct recruiter screens (5–10 within the first week of opening a position), and analyze interview data two weeks after initial interviews to optimize the search.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data
  • Ability to quickly familiarize with new roles and requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills to work with hiring managers and manage expectations
  • Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset
  • AI fluency and ability to apply AI to recruiting workflows

Responsibilities

  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across roles and teams
  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint
  • Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies to hire diverse talent
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase hiring efficiency
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and market data and provide actionable feedback
  • Schedule intake meetings within 72 hours and configure positions in the ATS
  • Design interview processes and configure interview plans
  • Conduct 5-10 recruiter screens within the first week of opening a position
  • Analyze interview data two weeks after initial interviews and refine the search
