TL;DR

Salary: $192,000 – $245,000 USD (California) / $164,300 – $214,300 CAD (Ontario)

What you will do

  • Define and lead the overall product vision and strategy for Game of Thrones Slots.
  • Optimize core monetization, including virtual currency, in-app purchases (IAP), and economy design.
  • Direct the Live Operations roadmap and event scheduling to maximize player retention and revenue.
  • Coordinate with partner teams and influence broader company strategy based on domain expertise.
  • Lead execution of complex, large-scale interdisciplinary projects and improve internal processes.
  • Establish analytics standards to ensure all product decisions are data-driven.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in game development.
  • Proven ability to handle complex design challenges across multiple project areas.
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on mentoring, training, and feedback for reports.
  • Experience facilitating effective cross-functional communication and presenting to senior executives.
  • BA/BS degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience with free-to-play mobile social casino games (slots, poker, bingo).
  • Experience working with both live and pre-launch titles.
