Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the US near a company Hub, specifically Stamford, CT)

Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do

• Lead and manage delivery activities for multiple Scrum and Kanban teams in alignment with business automation strategies.
• Apply SAFe core values and Lean-Agile mindset to facilitate high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and UX designers to create holistic product roadmaps.
• Facilitate all Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and distractions to maintain team focus on concrete priorities and delivery.
• Coach teams and Product Owners to improve velocity, predictability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience (or 10+ years without a degree).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing information systems.
• CSM or SAFe Certification is required.
• Experience in people and vendor management.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
