What you will do

• Configure and deploy hirify.global's AI platform leveraging expertise in insurance and client business needs.
• Drive initial client setup and transition them to a best-practice operating model.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to ensure projects remain on track and on time.
• Triage and communicate client-reported issues and feedback to internal teams.
• Develop scalable delivery processes, pre-configured templates, and improved methodologies.
• Own and maintain client-facing implementation documentation, guides, and training materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, validation, and transformation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
