Project Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead and drive customer-facing conversion projects within the Digital Banking business area.
• Assess and monitor project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation plans.
• Manage end-to-end software deployments and implementations for large-scale enterprise customers.
• Facilitate trusting relationships with financial institutions to represent the customer's voice internally.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach other Project Managers within Implementation Services.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Georgia).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in project management, specifically in fintech.
• 3+ years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing technical projects involving complex data management and software interfaces.
• Familiarity with SSO (SAML 2.0), Web Service APIs (SOAP, REST).
• Ability to support conversion projects during non-business hours or weekends.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or a plan to obtain it.
• Prior experience working with financial institutions or banking.
• Understanding of PFM (Personal Financial Management) applications as a SaaS offering.
• Experience with data table cross-reference files and data mapping.
