Project Manager, Imaging & Cardiac

Location: Remote or office-based in Sofia, Dublin, Lisbon, Madrid, Lyon, or Reading. Willingness to travel approximately 35% is required.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of imaging projects within clinical trials, from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align imaging activities with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with imaging protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day project and programme management activities and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medical imaging, life sciences, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing imaging projects within clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while delivering high-quality imaging solutions.
• Availability to work remotely or from an office in one of the listed European locations and willingness to travel approximately 35%.
