Salary: $145,000–$180,000 + 10% target annual bonus

What you will do
- Design and develop automation solutions for revenue platforms, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
- Optimize and manage the integration of Salesforce (Service, Experience, and Revenue Clouds) with systems like Oracle, Stripe, and Snowflake.
- Lead AI initiatives and guide the team in building and implementing AI applications.
- Mentor engineers, provide technical leadership, and oversee software estimations and code quality.
- Partner with Finance and Product teams to translate complex business needs into robust technical requirements.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in web services, test automation, and cloud-native delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, specializing in integration and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in Apex, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of the Salesforce AI ecosystem, including Agentforce 3 and AI agents.
- Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD tools like Gearset and Gitlab.
