Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Salary: $85,000–$105,000 + 7.5% target bonus

What you will do
- Perform Salesforce configuration including custom fields, objects, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Manage security and access, including user provisioning, role hierarchies, and permission sets.
- Troubleshoot permissions and partner with IT/Security to resolve access issues.
- Coordinate sandbox refreshes and promote changes via established deployment processes.
- Manage intake and triage of admin requests via ticketing workflows.
- Improve data quality through validation, duplicate prevention, and cleanup efforts.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience administering Salesforce or equivalent platform.
- Foundational knowledge of Salesforce configuration and security models.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Experience working in a ticketing system and/or an Agile environment.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
