What you will do

• Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions while ensuring data quality and system hygiene across the org.
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and approval processes to reduce manual effort and ensure scalability.
• Handle custom objects, fields, and page layouts, including light development work using Apex and SOQL.
• Support integrations with business systems, monitor data syncs, and manage data imports and cleanup.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable business insights.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a Salesforce Admin or Admin/Developer capacity.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and hands-on experience with Flows and validation rules.
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, and data tools like Data Loader or Sweep.io.
• Experience supporting Sales or business-facing teams and translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (2–3 preferred).
• Experience with marketing automation or customer support tool integrations.
• Exposure to release management and sandbox environments.
