What you will do

• Drive and manage full customer implementations, including data requirements, platform configuration, and administrator training.
• Serve as primary technical contact for new and expanding hirify.global deployments.
• Interact with government leaders to guide processes and build advocacy for the platform.
• Analyze customer pain points and collaborate with teams to automate and enhance workflows.
• Develop expertise in governmental processes across multiple states and leverage best practices for efficiencies.
• Gather customer feedback and feature requests to inform product improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software implementation consulting or transferable client work (preferred)
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial and operational data, plus knowledge of government operations
• Strong Excel skills: functions, formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, error-checking, and report formatting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills for phone support
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to changes, and collaborate effectively

• ETL tools, report creation, macros, and Visual Basic
