Program Analyst

TL;DR

Program Analyst (Healthcare/Government): Support projects improving healthcare for Veterans with an accent on business analysis, project management artifacts, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on conducting analyses, creating executive briefings, consolidating data, and tracking metrics.

Location: Remote (expected full-time), small chance for ad hoc client meetings in Washington, D.C. Must be eligible for Public Trust Clearance (US government).

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 a year

What you will do

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop solutions for business needs.
• Support project meetings by drafting agendas, documenting minutes, capturing action items, and creating slide decks.
• Conduct analyses of issues, identify alternatives, and present executive briefings on status, risks, and strategies.
• Consolidate, review, and analyze data for client deliverables and compile project metrics for leadership reporting.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including process flows, plans, risk registers, and SOPs.
• Provide real-time documentation support and ad hoc administrative tasks; occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 3 years total experience.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Agility to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with live edits to documents during screensharing.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• VA or Federal experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare organizations (hospital, health system, etc.).
