TL;DR
Program Analyst I (FSI): Develop and maintain Synchronized Fielding Plan (SFP) and Advanced Coordinated Fielding Plan (ACFP) records in SPIDER database with an accent on analytical techniques, data analysis/visualization, and program planning for PEO C4I programs. Focus on evaluating program objectives, providing oversight to leads, reviewing fielding plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure mission requirements.
Location: Hybrid / Onsite – San Diego, CA. Requires active U.S. national security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 USD per year (San Diego, CA (FSI))

This role is in Forward Slope (FSI) division specializing in C2, engineering, cyber, and international programs.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain SFP and ACFP records in the SPIDER database.
- Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program objectives, baseline wholeness, and data visualization.
- Provide oversight and support to Advance Planning Leads and Baseline Managers.
- Review fielding plans, databases, baseline changes, and coordinate with IReps and FRD.
- Conduct program planning and analysis for C4I mission systems considering requirements, budgets, and availability.
- Participate in meetings, prepare briefs, capture notes, and handle action items.
- Communicate with stakeholders, respond to data calls, and recommend actions for fielding changes.
Requirements
- Active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one; must be U.S. citizen.
- Minimum 1 year of combined specialized Department of the Navy (DON) experience in IPTs, stakeholder interaction, projects, requirements, processes, and databases.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years experience supporting NAVWAR/PEO C4I.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (Power Query, DAX, reports, data refreshes).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with DoD acquisition programs and developing briefs.
