TL;DR

Startup Sales Executive (Beauty & Wellness SaaS): Bringing in new business through outreach, product demos, and full sales cycle management with an accent on achieving KPIs and aligning solutions to partner needs. Focus on prospecting key decision-makers, performing needs analysis, and providing market trend feedback.

Location: On-site 5 days per week in London office (The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR)

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, social, and in-person meetings
  • Present and demo products to prospective partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless partner experience
  • Provide feedback on industry trends
  • Serve as lead contact for partners on commercial activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with proven track record
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms highly desirable
  • Strong hunter mindset and relationship building skills
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Natural curiosity and desire for continuous growth

Nice to have

  • Bi-lingual fluency in English and another language
  • Experience in beauty and wellness industry
