Salary: €50,000 base plus uncapped commission

What you will do
- Own the full closing cycle for qualified US inbound leads, including discovery, pitching, and negotiation.
- Develop and document scalable sales playbooks and CRM architecture for future growth.
- Implement AI automation using Claude, Zapier, and n8n to streamline outreach and internal workflows.
- Manage pipeline hygiene and forecasting within HubSpot to ensure no leads are lost.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and CS teams to refine pricing, packaging, and offer structures.
Requirements
- Native or C2 English proficiency with a deep understanding of American buyer psychology.
- 5+ years of experience closing high-ticket B2B deals in SaaS, marketing, consulting, or education.
- Proven track record of building a sales function from scratch, including processes and playbooks.
- Operational expertise in HubSpot and hands-on experience shipping daily with AI tools like Claude.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, results-only remote environment.
Nice to have
- Background in AI SaaS or performance marketing agencies.
- Technical experience with Zapier and n8n automation.
- Existing network of founder-level or marketing buyers in the US.
