What you will do

• Manage the full 360-sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prospect directors and CEOs globally via outbound cold calling to build a pipeline.
• Conduct software demonstrations for potential clients to showcase value.
• Close deals with ICP clients following the established hirify.global Sales Process.
• Participate in regular follow-up training to grow and progress within the role.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Portsmouth office.
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B end-to-end sales or 1+ year in outbound cold calling.
• Proven track record of achieving against a sales quota.
• Demonstrated history of achievement, success, and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
