What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales KPIs and targets to drive business growth.
  • Perform outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Present and sell products through detailed product demos to prospective partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing the deal.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding and partner experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Location: Must be based in London to work from the office 5 days per week.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire for continuous professional development.

Nice to have

  • Experience within SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language.
  • Prior experience in the beauty and wellness industry.

Hiring process

  • 30-minute video or in-person interview with Team Leads to assess skills and experience.
  • 60-minute in-person presentation with Team Leads and the General Manager.
