What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales KPIs and targets to drive business growth.
- Perform outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.
- Present and sell products through detailed product demos to prospective partners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing the deal.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding and partner experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
- Location: Must be based in London to work from the office 5 days per week.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Natural curiosity and a desire for continuous professional development.
Nice to have
- Experience within SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.
- Prior experience in the beauty and wellness industry.

Hiring process

- 30-minute video or in-person interview with Team Leads to assess skills and experience.
- 60-minute in-person presentation with Team Leads and the General Manager.
