What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product development for AI customer experiences and internal platform, from roadmap to rollout.
• Partner with engineers and prompt engineers on AI architectures, prompts, evaluations, and guardrails, balancing latency, cost, accuracy, UX.
• Bridge engineering and organization, promoting AI best practices and platform standards.
• Own and improve metrics: answer quality, CSAT, automation rate, escalation quality via data and experiments.
• Collaborate with OpenAI on evaluating new models for voice, computer use, workflow automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical PM, consulting, data analytics, or ops at fast-paced startup
• Passionate about AI, hands-on with latest tech, LLMs, prompts
• Technologist comfortable with system architecture, API design, prompt engineering; translate to non-tech
• Data-driven, SQL proficient
• Own metrics, optimistic problem-solver
