What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing, including scope, budget, quality control, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate task lists for technicians and manage deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming teams.
• Perform field verification of work sites, documenting issues and collaborating with stakeholders on solutions.
• Maintain strong long-term client relationships by managing expectations and communication.
• Oversee system programming, final checkout, and the turnover of projects to the client and service departments.
• Direct technical and administrative support for project team members to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction trades and settings.
• Familiarity with audio/video systems installations and knowledge of low voltage electrical projects.
• Associates or Bachelors degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve complex technical and interpersonal problems.
• Valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for frequent local travel (70-90% of the role).

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
