What you will do
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
- Coordinate daily activities, including technician task lists and deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming teams.
- Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and fostering long-term professional relationships.
- Monitor labor, equipment, and materials budgets to ensure project profitability.
- Perform field verification of prospective work sites and document all potential issues and solutions.
- Direct system programming, final checkout, and project turnover to clients and service departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a project manager in broadcast or audio visual system installations.
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently by car (70-90% local travel).
- Ability to work in construction site conditions, including spending 40% of time on foot and using PPE.
