What you will do

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures.
• Lead technical delivery from requirements gathering through deployment, collaborating with stakeholders and analysts.
• Evaluate and govern Salesforce products, AppExchange solutions, and third-party integrations.
• Establish and enforce platform governance policies, coding standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and emerging features to drive continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration and development.
• 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect leadership role.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and enterprise integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD and version control.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or Platform Developer II).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
